The Ostara Difference.

At Ostara Floral & Events, balloon décor isn't an afterthought — it's designed with the same artistry as our floral work. From organic garlands that drape naturally over an arch to color-blocked backdrops built for photos, every installation is custom-built for your event, not pulled from a template.

    • FAQs

We proudly serve Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Tampa, Lutz, Odessa, Trinity, New Port Richey, Zephyrhills, Dade City, and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead for standard installations, and as early as 3-6 months out for large-scale events like weddings or corporate launches. Popular dates (holidays, prom season, graduation weekends) fill up fastest, so earlier is always better.

We handle full on-site installation for all of our balloon décor. Our team arrives before your event, builds the installation in place, and makes sure everything is secure and picture-perfect before your guests arrive — no assembly required on your end.

Yes! We custom-blend balloon colors, sizes, and textures to match your palette, theme, or brand colors. Bring us a color swatch, invitation, or inspiration photo and we'll build the design around it.

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the installation — a small arch or cluster starts more affordably, while large garlands, backdrops, or full-room installs run higher. Share your vision and venue details with us and we'll put together a custom quote.

Absolutely — many of our clients pair balloon installations with floral accents for a cohesive look, especially for weddings and milestone birthdays. We can design both together so the balloon and floral elements complement each other.
